Mrs Eleasha Grivins

Mathematics & Science Educator

Eleasha Grivins is a secondary Mathematics teacher with extensive experience teaching across Years 7–12, including Senior Extension Mathematics and Physics. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics major) and a Diploma of Education from Macquarie University, and has taught in a range of Christian school contexts in New South Wales.

Rigour, Wonder, and Mathematical Clarity

Eleasha has taught mathematics since her teenage years, both as a tutor and in classroom settings, and brings a deep respect for the beauty and order of mathematics as a way of understanding God’s world. Her teaching balances rigour with wonder, aiming to move students beyond rote learning toward genuine comprehension and confidence.

Formed Through Home Education

Alongside her classroom experience, Eleasha has spent the past decade educating her own children at home, an experience that reshaped her understanding of learning and formation. This has given her a strong appreciation for humane, relational models of education that honour truth, curiosity, and joy, rather than anxiety and exam-driven performance.

Thoughtful, Humane, and Exacting

Students respond to Eleasha’s teaching because it is clear, demanding, and deeply human. She brings calm authority, careful explanation, and high expectations, helping students grow not only in technical competence but in attentiveness, perseverance, and confidence.
